Developer Days in TYPO3 – Glossary

TYPO3 Developer Days

TYPO3 Developer Days are special events where people who build and work with TYPO3, a popular website system, come together. It's a chance for them to learn new things, share ideas, and improve their skills. There are talks, workshops, and networking opportunities. If you're into TYPO3, it's a great place to meet others who are passionate about it!

The TYPO3 Developer Days are an event for developers, agencies and technology enthusiasts. Specialists exchange ideas on new features, best practices and the future of TYPO3 here. Besides talks and workshops there is room for conversations in which contacts are made and practical questions are clarified.

Topics range from core development and new releases to performance and security as well as accessibility, headless architectures and AI. Those who hear other teams’ experiences in sessions often learn solutions that can be applied directly in their own project. Many talks are recorded and made available online afterwards.

Hackathons and joint working phases are also common. Participants work on extensions, documentation or bug fixes and thus contribute to the further development of the system. The exchange strengthens the community and keeps TYPO3 alive as an open-source project.

For agencies, taking part pays off twice: the team expands its knowledge, and you build contacts with partners and clients. Plan travel costs and time early, and record the most important insights in an internal report afterwards.

We are regularly active in the TYPO3 community and pass experiences from events on to our projects.

Those attending should look at the programme beforehand and choose sessions that fit their own projects. Note down questions in advance, because the chance to speak directly with core developers is rare and especially valuable.

In short: TYPO3 Developer Days Learning and networking.
