Our Relationship with T3Planet
NITSAN is a TYPO3 consulting and delivery partner focused on enterprise services such as TYPO3 consulting, upgrades, relaunches, accessibility, and AI-driven workflows. In the TYPO3 ecosystem, users may also come across T3Planet, a separate platform offering TYPO3 extensions, templates, and products. To avoid any confusion, we explain the relationship clearly below.
Product Division & Ownership
NITSAN is the parent organization that established and owns T3Planet as a dedicated product-focused division. T3Planet was created to independently develop, maintain, and distribute standardised products for TYPO3, including extensions, templates, and AI tools, separate from NITSAN’s consulting and project-based services. While NITSAN is the owner of T3Planet, both brands operate with clearly defined and separated responsibilities, systems, and data processing.
Ownership does not result in shared customer data, shared platforms, or joint data control under GDPR. Each brand acts as an independent data controller and remains solely responsible for its own customers, contracts, and data protection obligations.
Clear Separation of Companies
NITSAN and T3Planet are independent and separately operated entities.
- Each brand has its own website
- Each brand has its own services or products
- Each brand operates under its own legal responsibility
- There is no shared customer database or system access
There is no legal, operational, or data-related merger between the two.
Data Protection & GDPR Compliance
NITSAN acts as an independent data controller under GDPR (DSGVO).
This means:
- All data collected on nitsantech.de is processed only by NITSAN
- Data is stored, managed, and protected within NITSAN-controlled systems
- Customer, prospect, and partner data is never shared with T3Planet
- There is no internal or external data exchange between the two brands
At no point is user data transferred, combined, or reused across brands.
Cookies, Tracking & Website Data
NITSAN and T3Planet share background expertise in TYPO3, but operate independently. Occasionally, NITSAN may reference TYPO3 tools or products developed by T3Planet as part of the broader ecosystem.
This reference does not imply:
- Shared services
- Shared contracts
- Shared customer data
- Shared operational responsibility
Clients work only with NITSAN, under NITSAN contracts, and under NITSAN data protection policies.
Who Is Responsible for Your Data?
If you interact with NITSAN, then:
- NITSAN is solely responsible for your data
- Your data is handled only according to NITSAN’s privacy policy
- No other entity has access to it
